While roaming around a newly opened supermarket yesterday, I spotted packaging for meat which I’ve never seen before. The person in charge of that section was beaming with pride as she told me and my boyfriend that the meat was organic. “Yes ma’am, sir, the meat is really tender and it’s organic too. They take young cattle, put them in a cage, then feed them whole grains.” Um.
