The Gore Effect

From the Urban Dictionary:
Gore Effect (gohr i-fekt)- noun
1. The phenomenon that leads to unseasonably cold temperatures, driving rain, hail, or snow whenever Al Gore visits an area to discuss global warming.
2. Refusal of an audience to grasp even the most basic model of climate change, even after it is explained, preferring to smirk at its absurdity.
