I have a friend who’s currently very interested in all things wedding-related, and if she’s ever going to make plans to walk down the aisle, I shall be sure to stick my nose in her business and make recommendations so she can have an eco-friendly wedding.
I found this cute website called Green Union, which contains a lot of information on establishments in the U.K. that can help couples have an eco-friendly wedding. They also have a nice list of green wedding cake makers.
I haven’t found anyone here who makes organic wedding cakes, but I did find a little place called Halo Cafe, which I fully intend to visit this weekend to check out their organic, sugar-free fare.
